Shipping policy
Overview
All Castle Ever After orders are packed and shipped by hand from Boca Raton, Florida. We take care with every package to make sure it arrives safely.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Times
Once your order ships, estimated transit times are:
- Standard Shipping (US): 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (US): 2–3 business days (where available)
- International: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs
Shipping Rates
Calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination. Free shipping promotions, when available, are applied automatically.
Order Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after your confirmation email.
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These are not included in your order total.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Castle Ever After is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived, we recommend checking with neighbors, contacting the carrier, and waiting 48 hours. If your package appears lost in transit (no movement for 7+ business days), email us and we'll help resolve it.
Incorrect Address
Double-check your address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you catch an error right away, email contact@castle-ever-after.com immediately and we'll do our best to update it before the order ships.
