Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after they are placed. This does not include shipping time. This does not include Pre-orders.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat rate of $9 on all US orders. It is applied automatically at checkout.
What do I do if an item is damaged?

How do I care for my sets?
We recommend that you machine wash on cold and then tumble dry on low or hang to dry.
